

You would load in with 4/4 rockets, and then the perk would allow you to pick up 2 more, so 4/6. So if you had 6/6 rockets and died you had 100%. The cause? Destiny kept track of your ammo as a percentage and applied the extra ammo perk after the initial ammo load in.

The only ways to know are to find the source, use a ram debugger, or see what happens. It could be poorly programmed as a float or idk. I mean it's not the 80's anymore where every line of code or variable designation really matters.
